I have had no internet service since Tuesday morning. It is now Friday night. I am supposed to have service after 5:00p.m. Monday. Century link has the worst customer service ever. I talked to 20 different people before I got someone who actually helped me. I also spent over 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the problem. If I had another option- other than no internet- I would've just walked away from them, but I don't. I'm at a friend's house writing this.

*Sigh*

I hope that you get your service back on asap. Your provider sucks big time though!

They told me they don't issue credits for things like this anymore. I have a feeling it's because it happens a lot. They were probably hemmorraghing money because of it.
